A brief glimpse into Patrick's life, as written by his wife:

In Patrick's younger year, he worked on the east coast as a private chef in Manhattan and Cape Cod.

After a few years he moved to the west coast to start a new life. He went out there and decided on Portland. Got a job as a cook at Marriott downtown Portland and made his way up the ladder to management. Patrick then went to the Portland rose Garden and was appointed the Operation Manager for all the food and Beverage overseeing hundreds of employees.Next, he then went to work at Micros systems and was the office manager, which in turn was bought by Oracle.

At the ripe ole age of 58 he retired, after saving strong for his entire life to travel the world with the love of his life.

His other love was his dog Max. They would wake up in the morning and Max would lay next to him, both on their back, lying in bed watching tv.
